Marketplace for social events, classes, and congresses
Updated on 06/02/2026- You confirm you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to enter into contracts.
- Use of the platform must follow local laws, event rules, and organizer policies.
- Some features may evolve; we will communicate material changes whenever possible.
- Use truthful information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
- Notify WeDance immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
- We may apply antifraud checks on registrations and purchases to protect the community.
Purchases made on WeDance may involve service, administrative, or payment-processing fees that are shown before checkout.
- WeDance acts as a payment facilitator and marketplace, not typically the organizer of the listed events.
- WeDance sets the standard cancellation and refund rules that apply to purchases made through the platform, in accordance with the applicable laws of the user's country.
- As a general guideline, a user may request cancellation within seven (7) days after payment confirmation, provided the request is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the event date, whichever comes first.
- In the event of cancellation, non-performance, or a substantial change that makes participation impossible, the user is entitled to a full refund under the applicable law.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method and executed by the event organizer; the timing depends on the payment provider and the governing legislation.
- Depending on the payment method, administrative or processing fees may not be refundable unless required by law.
- If the organizer fails to comply with refund obligations, WeDance may retain amounts, offset future transfers, or take other measures provided in these Terms.
- For questions about payouts, release timing, holds, or refunds, contact wedanceapp.br@gmail.com with your order code.
- If an event is canceled, postponed, or cannot take place, the organizer is solely responsible for guaranteeing a full refund.
- WeDance can assist operationally with processing refunds but does not assume the financial obligation.
- The organizer authorizes WeDance to retain, offset, or block amounts available on the platform to ensure refund obligations are met.
- Vouchers, credits, or reschedulings may only be offered with the attendee's express consent, when allowed by law.
- This section does not waive rights granted by consumer protection laws applicable where the participant resides.
Transparency about what to expect in on-site or digital experiences.
- Organizers must deliver what they advertise (venue, schedule, attractions, capacity, and rules).
- Participants must follow event guidelines and the code of conduct; delays or agenda changes can happen.
- WeDance is a marketplace for connections and is not liable for damages, incidents, or cancellations caused by third parties.
- WeDance has no joint or secondary liability for acts, omissions, cancellations, performance failures, or refunds related to events organized by third parties.
- Do not use the platform for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal activities, or discrimination.
- Do not bypass security, scrape data en masse, or automate purchases without authorization.
- Submitted content must respect copyright and image rights; reports may lead to removal or suspension.
- You retain ownership of what you publish but grant a non-exclusive license to display and promote events on WeDance.
- WeDance trademarks, logos, and assets may not be used without prior written consent.
- We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or harms the community experience.
- The services are provided "as is" and "as available"; interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors outside WeDance's control.
- We do not guarantee capacity, financial performance, or commercial results for the events.
- WeDance is liable only for technical failures directly attributable to the platform, such as billing errors or proven service downtime.
- To the extent permitted by law, WeDance's liability is limited to the amounts paid through the platform in the 12 months before the triggering event.
- We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud risk, or legal requirements.
- You may close your account at any time; pending obligations (payments or refunds) remain in force.
- Material changes will be communicated; continued use after they take effect implies agreement.
- WeDance may keep records and information necessary to comply with legal, fiscal, or security obligations even after an account is closed.
