  • When required, we rely on consent, especially for external integrations, optional communications, and location/notification permissions.
  • You may revoke consent where applicable without affecting processing needed for legal obligations or services already requested.
  • Organizers receive data needed for registrations, purchases, access control, essential communication, event execution, and product-order fulfillment, including delivery or pickup when applicable.
  • When exporting or using buyer data outside WeDance, organizers must protect it, limit its use to fulfilling purchases and legal obligations, and not use it for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
  • DJs, teachers, or organizers may see information related to invitations, work, events, responses, and status when needed for the flow.
  • Stripe, Mercado Pago, and other providers process payments, onboarding, KYC, antifraud, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks according to their own policies.
  • When a ticket or product uses an external link, you may be redirected to a third-party or organizer website; data entered outside WeDance follows that third party's or organizer's policy.

  • Published events, listed products, categories, prices, availability, images, descriptions, organizer, DJ, and teacher profiles, names, bios, rhythms, public location, links, classes, schedules, and confirmed work may appear publicly.
  • Professionals with pending or rejected invitations should not appear as confirmed on the public event.
  • When accepting a professional invitation, public data from the linked profile may appear on the event, unless the organizer used custom information inside the event.
  • Shared links may display the event, artist, or organizer title, description, and image.
  • When publishing public content, consider that it may be indexed, shared, or saved by third parties outside WeDance's control.
  • Essential cookies keep login, preferences, and core features working.
  • Performance and analytics cookies help us understand usage and improve the platform.
  • Notification tokens may be used for alerts about tickets, products, events, invitations, responses, favorites, and security.

  • We use HTTPS, access controls, and security practices to protect information.
  • We retain data for as long as needed to operate services, comply with laws, resolve disputes, process refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain buyer history.
  • Payment, ticket, product-order, fee, receipt, and manual-edit history may be preserved for audit, support, security, and legal obligations.
  • Data from events with sales, payments, attendees, or tax obligations may be retained even after account deletion.
  • If a relevant incident occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.
  • You may access and update basic data in available profile areas.
  • You may request correction, deletion, portability, confirmation of processing, or information about sharing through support.
  • Deletion may remove account, profiles, favorites, and personal data, but some records may be kept for legal, tax, security, antifraud, chargeback, refund, or buyer-history reasons.
